After checking the source and trust information, use the installation spec from the plugin page:

dsh plugin --profile web add <spec>

Depending on the plugin, the spec may refer to a marketplace entry, a GitHub repository or a tgz URL. Follow the source instructions and use the exact spec on its catalog page; availability and requirements vary.
